About the Profession
What do Chemical Engineers do?
Chemical engineers integrate chemistry, biology, and other natural sciences with engineering to efficiently and safely operate processing plants and create products for our modern world. They help give us fuels, food, synthetic materials, medicines, biotechnology products, electronic materials, paper, and many other consumer products. They also have important roles in cleaning up the environment and in pollution prevention.

Financial Support
Only at the 1st open house, chemical engineering students who whose GPAX is
3.00 or above and register will receive full tuition fee support.
All admitted students with Chemical Engineering degree
and GPA of 3.25 or higher will receive the full tuition fee support from the
department. The monthly allowance is also provided.

Industrial Master and Doctoral Programs
Application Date: April 17, 2008 - April 30, 2008.
Interview: April 30, 2008 Time: 13:00-15:00
The department offers an industrial master program designed to accommodate the schedules of working professionals. The classes are taught on Saturday and Sunday. It's tough working full-time and earning your MEng, so the
Weekend Program developed the lock-step program format to keep you on course.
In principle, you can complete the degree in 2 years.
